I watched The Chaser’s War on everything last night and they made a joke that involved a Nigerian scam and Turnbull that came straight from this post.

BTW it was the only funny thing in the show.

Yeah, I watched a bit of it too. Better than usual but still not screamingly funny stuff.

As regards the ‘Turdball believes Nigerian email’ aspect, I would have thought that was totally obvious and that many more people would have drawn that inference in public commentary. So far, it’s just me & the Chaser…

I’m not so sure he’ll be given that opportunity. Turdball will never be able to escape responsibility for treating Grech’s fabrication as golden, JP’ed truth without so much as having a copy of it in hand… and Ho Jockey is waiting his turn in the wings.

What is clear is that the Libs had been relying on Grech’s leaks for some time and ASSumed they were all gospel. Had this gone undetected, i believe Grech would have been seeking preselection or some other remuneration or reward for his espionage. I don’t think he was magnanimously leaking stuff just because he thought he was a whistleblower acting in the public interest.
