{"id":168,"date":"2005-12-13T13:21:02","date_gmt":"2005-12-13T03:21:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/machinegunkeyboard.com\/?p=168"},"modified":"2005-12-13T13:34:17","modified_gmt":"2005-12-13T03:34:17","slug":"neo-nazis-steal-holocaust-survivors-artowrk-again","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/machinegunkeyboard.com\/?p=168","title":{"rendered":"Neo-Nazis steal Holocaust survivor&#8217;s artwork &#8211; again"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a target=\"_self\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ygross.com.au\/yoramgrossemtv\/index.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"211\" vspace=\"10\" hspace=\"10\" height=\"208\" border=\"0\" align=\"right\" src=\"http:\/\/machinegunkeyboard.com\/blogimages\/blinky.gif\" alt=\"Blinky Bill - image copyright Yoram Gross EM.TV\" title=\"Blinky Bill - image copyright Yoram Gross EM.TV\" \/><\/a>And while we&#8217;re on the topic of people about to go to jail for enciting to riot, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fightdemback.org\/2005\/12\/13\/luke-connors-the-law-student\/\" target=\"_blank\">Luke Connors<\/a> and the &#8216;<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Patriotic_Youth_League\" target=\"_blank\">Patriotic Youth League<\/a>&#8216; are back in the media. <\/p>\n<p>When <a href=\"http:\/\/weezil0.blogspot.com\/2005\/01\/blinky-bill-says-no-way-to-neo-nazi.html\" target=\"_blank\">we last saw the PYL about a year ago<\/a>, they were using artwork of &quot;Blinky Bill&quot; the koala to promote their racist tirades. <\/p>\n<p>Curiously, the &quot;Blinky Bill&quot; art belongs to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ygross.com.au\/yoramgrossemtv\/index.html\" target=\"_self\">Yoram Gross<\/a>, a Jewish survivor of the Holocaust in WWII Nazi Germany. Yoram Gross Entertainment Television was explicably nonplussed last January by this little adventure into copyright violation. <\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;d have thought the PYL would have learned the lesson about unauthorised use of copyrighted material back last January- but noooooooooo&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>   <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"373\" vspace=\"10\" hspace=\"10\" height=\"400\" border=\"0\" src=\"http:\/\/machinegunkeyboard.com\/blogimages\/thumb-freewebs_student_patriots_with_blinky_bill_art.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8230; the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.smh.com.au\/news\/national\/whod-have-thought-it--blinky-bill-the-face-of-race-hatred\/2005\/12\/12\/1134236005944.html\" target=\"_self\">PYL literature passed out by Connors in Cronulla last weekend featured Blinky Bill<\/a>&#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fightdemback.org\/2005\/12\/13\/stealing-blinky\/\" target=\"_self\">again<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Wonder how much this new intellectual property theft is going to cost Luke Connor &amp; Stu McBeth? My guess is that Yoram Gross TV won&#8217;t be <em>quite<\/em> so forgiving the second time around&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>There is a lighter side to the PYL. Kudos to <a href=\"http:\/\/cam.bluexo.net\/\" target=\"_self\">Dr Cam Sexenheimer<\/a> for the <a href=\"http:\/\/pyl.bluexo.net\/\" target=\"_self\">Patriotik Yoof Leauge<\/a>&#8211; a hilarious and once again timely spoof. <\/p>\n<p>-weez&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The neo-nazi PYL was nailed for stealing Holocaust survivor Yoram Gross&#8217; art last year.
