"RobertRobert Fisk is the Middle East correspondent for The Independent. Fisk is based in Beirut and has been reporting from the area for almost 30 years. Author, journo and blogger Antony Loewenstein, now a member of the board of Macquarie University’s Centre for Middle East and North African Studies, has scored a real coup in organising a Fisk lecture.

Major kudos to Antony Loewenstein for pulling this one off!
