Suki’s Utilitarian Knitting Service

As a very young girl I was taught to knit by my Oma for the ‘boys on the front’.
I remember wondering why they might need woollen socks and scarves in Vietnam until I understood the finer points of Dementia.

I have recently reclaimed my ability to knit and have made a sock (for an amputee I know) and 3 hot-water bottle polo-neck covers.

yes folks for the past 7 minutes I have been ‘refresh’ing to see the slideshow, and there is a stunning aesthetic relation of the Opera House roof tiles with the cactus spines and the fishnet pattern. subtle and just beautiful.

Could you knit me a muffler for my microbus?

  6. Suki Says:

*smiling* thanks for the compliment brownie.
I currently have 46 images and only work, ratplay and knitting is stopping me from making more.
Beware if I get more time. Your refresh button will wear out. 🙂

I’m also playing with the idea of less pictures with new ones added regularly.
    I’ll surprise you.
