dude, that's MY gigIt should be unlawful for Tony The Abbott to make utterances which cause innocent news consumers to blow entire cups of coffee through their nostrils:

Abbott says Rudd uses religion politically

Federal Health Minister Tony Abbott has accused Labor leader Kevin Rudd of using religion for political purposes.

I’d say that the tories are actually kinda worried about Rudd… look out for more scare-mongering as the election looms!

Spot on, Marcus. Howard’s favourite disingenuous tactics include diversion (i.e. making noise about Muslims when AWB was in the headlines) dilution of others’ messages (as with Abbott v. Rudd on religion) and inversion (accusing others of what you yourself are actually doing) as well as time-honoured outright lying, as was the case with the Truth Overboard and interest rate scares.

You can almost learn more about the opposition’s strengths by interpreting Howard’s lies than by listening to the opposition themselves!

Great list of some of Team Howard tactics, weez…

diversion, dilution, inversion and lying. It helps save coffee when they are clearly spelt out.

With a few more added a handy all purpose acronym could be invented and expleted that would help all cope with the constant bullshit stream.

joe, Suki came up with something of an acronym back in 2004 with her comments on “Howlish.”
