Need yur help in Nigeria, Mr Turnbul
Saturday June 20th 2009, 9:59 am

Turnbull apparently believes anything he reads in an email.

Just sent:

yep, dat's moiDear Mr Turnbul,

Pleaze alow me to introduce myself. I am HRH Prince Phuque de la Mountaine. After a recent violent coupe in my native countrey of Mountaine, I fled to Nigeria with aproximately $USD100,800,756,236.00 in Mountaine government funds to keep it from faling into the hands of the goddless socialist rebbels. This money is in a Nigerian bank at the moment, but I have fergoten the password and can not excess the funds.

My Australian frends compliment you. They say that you are a ‘dill’ and a ‘silvertail’ and as such are the guy to ask for help in this matter. If you would be so kind as to forward $USD1000 so I can pay a hacker to crack the bank website, I am happy to give you half ($USD50,400,378,118.00) of the sum on deposit.

If u can not find it in your Christien heart to help with this matter, could I interest you in a 13-year-old Japanese ute? $1000 ono.

Cheers much,

Prince Phuque de la Mountaine

I’ve already spent the $thou, BTW. 😀

yeah, guy with a multimillionaire for a wife needs to compromise his political career for a 13 year old ute. Uh huh.

Pull the other one Mal, it plays Jingle Bells.

Oh come on Therese, you can’t tell me that you wouldn’t give it all away for THIS bewdy!

…but the Ruddbashing cheer squat errr… squad over at Ltd News thinks he would. Maybe one of Bolt’s dolts will help out the Prince. Clearly, they’re fairly gullible, if not in the employ of Libs. The shilling going on in the comments thread over there is plain as day.

Rudd to Turdball: Put up or STFU

Wot fun. 😀

Malcolm Turdball busted. Piers & Blair alternately refuse to accept defeat or NOW claim that NO ONE should resign over the scandal (unless it’s Kevin Rudd, of course).

This morning, with Turdball soundly outed as a scam pusher, ABC & Fairfax lead with tales of the massive backfire on Turdball. leads with a story on Roger bloody Federer. It’s not news- it’s Ltd News.

Utegate: Turnbull admits there’s no case against Rudd

well, duh. Turdball never saw the email but trusted the contents… why?

well… this might have something to do with it.

OzCar official Godwin Grech worked for Joe Hockey

Anyone taking bets that Grech was a mole for Hockeypuck and was asked to dig dirt on the PM & the Treasurer? I’d put a fiver on it.

Congratulations, weez, naughty boys from the ABC lift their material directly from you.

I watched The Chaser’s War on everything last night and they made a joke that involved a Nigerian scam and Turnbull that came straight from this post.

BTW it was the only funny thing in the show.

Yeah, I watched a bit of it too. Better than usual but still not screamingly funny stuff.

As regards the ‘Turdball believes Nigerian email’ aspect, I would have thought that was totally obvious and that many more people would have drawn that inference in public commentary. So far, it’s just me & the Chaser…

Turdball should resign.

I’m not so sure he’ll be given that opportunity. Turdball will never be able to escape responsibility for treating Grech’s fabrication as golden, JP’ed truth without so much as having a copy of it in hand… and Ho Jockey is waiting his turn in the wings.

What is clear is that the Libs had been relying on Grech’s leaks for some time and ASSumed they were all gospel. Had this gone undetected, i believe Grech would have been seeking preselection or some other remuneration or reward for his espionage. I don’t think he was magnanimously leaking stuff just because he thought he was a whistleblower acting in the public interest.
